Prices for the commodities listed are to be used if they are reasonable for your farm. To justify using prices that are different, you must submit receipts for sales or purchases that occurred within 30 days of your year end.
Note: Receipts for sale of inventory within 30 days of the applicant's taxation year-end supporting a price other than the published price will only be eligible if the product marketed or the method of marketing is substantially different from the general marketing practice of producers used to establish the published price list. (Examples include organic grains, purebred livestock, pedigreed seed)
